Tim is an award winning director/writer from London was invited by Asian Academy Of Film & TV and Asian School Of Media Studies to conduct a workshop on Docuemntary Filmmaking for the students of mass communication and electronic media . Tim who has proven ability in translating ideas into compelling television documentary, promotions, corporate film, advertising and marketing films,through knowledge and skillsets that encompass documentary, drama and the accumulated experience of working for a huge range of international clients over many years
Educated at the University of Leeds, University of the Arts and London Business School, Tim has worked as a freelance film-maker and through his production company for a wide range of UK and international broadcasters such as BBC Television, Channel 4, Granada, MTV, CNN, BSkyB, RTE in Ireland and MBC in the Middle East.
His background is grounded in documentary, drama-doc’s and short story films: human stories with a twist, social issues and message based work.
He’s directed a large body of films for the corporate sector and NGO’s such as recent work through the Migrants Resource Centre (‘Torn’) and Sing Up: HRH prince of Wales (Clarence House) LIVE COM for KPMG and EDF Energy; 7 short films on their green strategy; KPMG Europe conference film; London 2012 launch event film: The client list includes Thinkbox (UK commercial broadcasters), BT, ABN Amro, Dept. of Health, the Commercial Directorate and the former National Hi-Tech Crime Unit (SOCA).
