International Public Broadcasting Forum (IPBF) has been promoting film and television production and business for a long time. IPBF has also been commissioning short fictional films and documentary films from time to time informed Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.
IPBF has joined hands with 4th Anime Convention and this time IPBF will be commissioning making of the short animation films said Supriya Suri excitedly. This has never happened before she added.
International Public Broadcasting Forum will have a special stall to receive applications from the animators who are keen in making short animation films from 27th to 29th September, 2013 at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida.
