New Delhi, India: The 22nd Indo–US Economic Summit, held at Hotel Leela Palace, featured a powerful and insightful session on Higher Education titled “Bridging Borders: Advancing Education and Skills for a Shared Global Future.” The session brought together distinguished leaders from academia, government, and industry to deliberate on the future of global education, skill development, and Indo–US collaboration.

Sitharam, Chairman, AICTE, who spoke about AICTE’s initiatives to upgrade technical education, foster entrepreneurship, and harmonize Indian higher education with international benchmarks. Mr. Parth Sarthi Sen Sharma, IAS, ACS Basic and Secondary Education, who underlined the importance of strengthening foundational education and building a seamless path to higher learning and skill-based training. Dr. Lalit Bhasin, who shared his expertise on legal education, academic reforms, and policy frameworks needed to support India’s academic globalisation efforts.
Representing the media and creative sector, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chair of the Media and Entertainment Committee of IACC, addressed the gathering. He stated, “Education today must transcend boundaries.
