New Delhi, September 2025: A new chapter of cultural cooperation was marked with the formation of the Indo Timor-Leste Film and Cultural Forum at a special function held at the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste in New Delhi. On this occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and Chancellor of AAFT University, formally presented the Patronship of the Forum to H.E.
